Requesting Booming Support for Make Noise V2 initiative!

Oh great! Here we go again,

When @steemitblog started with the Engagement Challenges where they wanted to generate interaction on the platform organically and reward people for it... After this initiative there was no real way to measure the interaction of people, so I developed a system to record people's activity and with this data publish a weekly interaction report which I called "Make Noise".

At the beginning, we rewarded the 5 most active users with small votes from communities like original colombia, recreative steem and Comunidad Latina. In addition, the friend @inspiracion offered votes with @steemcurator03 which was very motivating and since the account was in disuse, it was perfect to give her something to vote for. Over time we refined the rules and were able to increase support for the first 10 Steemians which made the project more motivating. Times changed and all the steemcurators were reassigned, so the bulk of the support was no longer available. Looking for alternatives we found a solution that I considered was perfect and it was to request a special cure where I had the opportunity to nominate the 10 most committed every week!

Things were incredible until then thanks to the receptivity and support of Steemit Inc with this initiative. However, things can always be better, and 2 weeks ago we presented Make Noise V2, an improvement of this initiative where in addition to supporting the users who interact the most, we would also begin to support the communities that received the most interaction.

This is achieved by completely changing our way of saving the data and processing it by accumulating more details of each publication and processing it later. This allowed to open a world of possibilities by being able to see the statistics of all the communities or categories, but also to see the users who interact the most in a specific way within them.

The request

Today, 80 editions later, I am making this post in order to request to keep that special sheet of 10 weekly nominations to reward interaction around the users, reaffirming my commitment to the growth of the platform and to supporting the users who live here.

Aditionally, We are weekly selecting the best 5 communities that received the most interaction throughout that week. Despite offering small votes with the help of our allied projects, there is still no decisive support that motivates the communities to dominate this ranking, encouraging more interaction in their spaces. To achieve this, I consider it necessary to request the support of @steemcurator01 for the 5 community accounts of the winning communities, or failing that, 5 more spaces on the weekly sheet to be able to recommend these publications to special support.

The rules

The rules to be nominated are fair and simple:

  • Users/communities cannot win two times in a row.
  • Users should have to post at least 5 times in the week.
  • The posts should be of quality, something better that images with few text. (We recommend 250-300 words and 3 pictures)
  • We are not nominating Steem Representatives to give a better chance to other authors.

How to check the interaction

In addition to this, this initiative encourages healthy user competition by allowing you to view statistics in real time through the main website that we offer with @seven.wit:

Data refreshed every Sunday. Simple points system where 1 post:2 points and 1 comment (min. 120 letters):1 point

Grateful for all the support received so far with this project and hoping to continue carrying it out.

It's a good time to make noise!
