WHO AM I??
I am Osman Mariam, a law student at Central University. I work as a journalist too, I have a certificate in journalism from a distance course in the Ethiopia Institute of Journalism and I am makeup artist as well. Something I do as a hobby.
I have been writing for over 5 years and most of my articles are based on human rights and the need to protect them. I stand against discrimination and racism, I limp in my left foot and I am the PRO for the Brong Ahafo Regional Association of Disabled people. I was born with it and that has never stopped me from reaching my goals.
I am a basketball fan too and though I really don't watch it much Houston Rockets is my team, James Harden is my favorite player and I know lots of people will presuming I have a thing for bearded guys.
Why I joined Steemit?
A friend @gallantmayor came to me one evening and said to me "Mimi why don't you register on this app and let people appreciate your work", I thought of this and realised it was a good idea and devided to join. So far so good I am reading lots of interesting and helpful posts. This platform is indeed the best platform yet
What I have to offer?
I am the business minded type and an associate at Max International, my main aim here is to make the voice of the disabled known, my aim here is to connect with business minded people and to help change the face of the society
