Did you learn new things in 2017? Or was it a year full of Jargons, loss of knowledge and zero value creation with respect to knowledge, meeting new people and learning new things? In reality, however, 2017 is full of great things and yes some that are not great (terrorism, war, natural disaster, loss of loved ones). In this article, I will list few things (financially) I learnt in 2017 and hope you will relate to some of them.
**More Time on Steemit and Less on Facebook et al: ** 2017 is a great year because I learnt that I can actually spend more time in a top social media platform: steemt (spend less or no time on Face Book ) , make great friends there concomitantly with great financial rewards (doing what I love). This is amazing because no social media has given many folks an opportunity to be successful both financially and improving their knowledge in different fields especially cryptocurrencies-hence thanks 2017 for making me learn about the amazing steem ecosystem.
Avoid Revenue sharing Ponzi/Pyramid schemes : since I joined steemit in 2017 , I actually learnt a lot more about the scams in most revenue sharing platform via videos shared in steemit (Dtube) thus helping me to see the bigger pictures and avoid losing thousands of dollars in all those scams….thanks 2017 for helping me learn more.
Patience is The Key : 2017 has made me to have more patience in life with regards to financial success, meeting new people and solving complex problems. In trading, for example, I learnt that long term holders of good undervalued tokens / coins are more successful than daily traders (pump and dump).
**Haters can turn to Holders and FUD to FOMO **: Haters of Bitcoin, for example , (J P Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon ) and other haters of cryptocurrencies -started with spreading FUD (Fear, uncertainty and doubt ) however those haters have been infested with FOMO (Fear of Mission Out) and thus turned to big holders of bitcoin and other altcoins –spending millions/billions of dollars in the segment and making the price too expensive for the common people. Wow, thanks to 2017 for showing me how haters can turn to holders within a short period of time.
Undervalued Tokens / Coins are key to Great ROI (return on investment): 2017 has showed me that in crypto space, you must not only target established coins or tokens rather a combination of established cryptos and more of undervalued tokens-especially new projects.
