Today, I would like to share with all of you a restaurant called Manchu Spring Pancake which specialise in North Eastern Chinese cuisine.
The restaurant is located in Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou. The decoration is heavily influenced by Manchu people, which red and green as dominating colours. Very festive indeed! They even have the traditional Manchu outfits at the door for people to try on and take pictures, lol.
The Roast Duck is a signature dish there, being crispy and super delicious. It went perfectly with the spring pancakes! The side dishes were lovely too but my favourite has got to be the Braised Pig Trotters! I know it doesn't sound too great but it sure tasted excellent and is actually very good for your skin!
Overall, the restaurant is fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone to give it a go.
在广州珠江新城马路太阳新天地有一家名为“满族春饼”的餐厅，吃东北菜蛮有特色的，所以在这里和大家分享。
餐厅整个店面的装修风格很有满族特色，红红绿绿的，非常喜庆！环境十分热闹，在门外排队的地方还有免费的满族服饰，可以让人穿来拍照，呵呵。
赫图阿拉皇室烤鸭是招牌，皮脆肉香，配着东北特色的春饼吃最棒！清炒木耳和土豆丝等小菜味道不错。我最爱这里美味的红烧猪蹄，肥而不腻，咬一口满满的胶原蛋白，很滋补养颜哦，呵呵！
整体来说很不错的一家东北风味店，大家有机会来试一试吧!
