Hello fellow creatives on Steem!
I've decided to put together a short and handy list of the best places to get free creative commons footage to use in your video projects of any kind. Whether it's a vlog, a music video, recipe video or advert, this list will be handy for anyone looking to create any kind of video project!
The Go To's
I've put both of these sites at the top of the list as they seem to be the 'go to' for all free stock video these days. It's because all of their work is licensed under 'public domain' therefore does not require attribution. They also have the largest free libraries availble.

Hidden Gems
These are some not so popular sites with some more out there and abstract footage. These are often independant artists, creating a blog and giving their work away for free. They work by donation, so feel free to donate if you find the websites useful. Beware of the licenses of some of these sites, they may require attribution, which is easy you just have to give credit to the original artist. But do not overlook this. These people are giving their work away for free, you should respect that.
