Playa Los Roques, almost virgin beach with its delicate flora, washed by the Atlantic ocean

Los Roques beach with strong waves, black sand and volcanic landscape is located in Los Realejos, very close to Puerto de la Cruz on Tenerife. Its beauty is unique and spectacular. The two giant rocks emerge from the sea to give this beach its name. The beach itself and the hills above it are part of a nature reserve.

For nature lovers this place is a highlight and a must when visiting the north coast of Tenerife. Also, there is potential danger from rocks breaking off the cliff and crashing onto the beach, therefore it is not the best place for sunbathing, swimming or water-sports.

When you are on Tenerife, you must visit this lovely beach that is so unique. It will be just so easy to fall in love with her rough and savage character.

Stay awesome and Steem on!
