So this was lunch. The start of today was rough, which I honestly expect to have some rough days in the beginning as a bit of a carb and sugar junkie. I experienced low energy and irritability in my mood among other things that made the start of today nothing short of slow.
But by breakfast, which started with bacon and ended with eggs and sausage helped a lot and the steak shown in this picture helped even more.
Johns had maybe a few root beer floats in the last few days since we started and I've been eating the rest of my Popsicles. John notices an energy drop with the float, not so much with me and my Popsicles.
