We went to the central market because it's the best place we know to get decent quality cuts of meat for good prices, better than the stores in both regards. We found some filet mignon, bought over two kilo hunk worth for 400 pesos or about 20 usd, spent another 135 pesos on a kilo of new york strip, shown in the second picture and an experiment in beef liver of 35 pesos, actually managed to look descent for being something I've always been grossed out by.
