First, I tried to polish it. But it didn't work out very well.
首先，想用打磨和上蜡的方式将她回复姿色，可是不行
Then I decided to give it new paint. First to apply putty on the rough surface.
后来没办法，想到最后确定给小红直接上色。先在小红有缺陷的地方补上纤维
Wet sanding the surface until smooth
用砂纸打磨
Looks ok to me. So I start to wipe it dry
看来已经差不多，可以擦干
Use masking tape to cover up all other area that does not require paint
然后将不必上色的地方抱起来以免喷过界
I did 3 pass with 2 cans of aerosol spray paint. So far so good!
上色3次后，看起来还相当满意
After it's dried, I pay a closer look. Wasn't what I expected
干了以后，近距离看不是很理想
This part really drives me insane. There are still water trapped in the grill, as a result paint weren't stick properly
这也好不到哪里，还有水分在表面，所以上色不均匀。
Anyway, the car looks ok from far
不管怎么说，总比之前好很多
Decided to give the whole car a nice polish and wax, so the old paint would now be renewed and matches the new paint on the bonnet
反正前半部已经上了新漆，不如索性整辆车打磨上蜡以修复旧漆来搭配新上色的车头盖
Not too expansive. Total damage on body work and paint job DIY style at below RM50
