Warning - ferocious steemcat ahead

Meet the fattest, most sweetest cat in the world: Tiloute - also known as "Boudinette".
I see I've missed "Caturday" by 2 days but, in the spirit of my cat's personality (and most cats for that matter), we don't care 😉

Boudinette belongs to the breed known as Chartreux, a natural breed of cats commonly found in France at least as far back as the 18th century (or somewhere around that time).
Her soft, woolly-coated fur is a beautiful blueish-grey and water-repellent. No really, it is.
She has pumpkin-colored eyes and a thick coat of permanent black eye-liner used to enhance her feline features.

In her spare time, Boudinette likes to sit on her fat a$$ and stare out the window.

She appreciates any attention she receives, especially if it involves scratching her beneath the chin or brushing her endlessly.

She also likes to lay her entire body on your newspaper while you read and your keyboard while yoxkjc s sshf fjhw7jh sa shuiw wcJjsks.

She is particularly fond of tomato sauce, soup (without the chunks), olives, and bacon-flavored chips (only the square-shaped ones) and has a sweet tooth for chocolate ice-cream. She hates pâté, ham, chicken and fish...

... and thoroughly enjoys sticking her head in jugs to drink. If the water level is too low for her to reach, she just tips it over and makes a mess for us to clean. Wonderful.

A light 5.7 kg (12.5 pounds) sleeping furball, Boudinette does not climb trees or run much anymore.
After having her kittens, at the tender age of 20 months old, her main focus has been to get fat. So she spends most of her days sleeping and sun tanning.
In the cold Winter days, she finds solace in laying near the fireplace, for 10 hours straight.

Chartreux cats are often fondly described as "potatoes on toothpicks", with its robust body, broad shoulders, deep chest, and short legs (see photos below).

She has mastered the art of posing as if noone was around

Word of advice: don't get a Chartreux if you don't want a cat on your lap every time you sit.

This one is highly affectionate and will often follow us from one room to another.

In the morning, she likes to snuggle up to us in bed, pretending to be all sweet and cute. Don't be fooled, her tactic is to lay on top of you so that you can't breathe and eventually are forced to get up to feed her.
