Ingredients:
- 200 gr of soun
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 2 pcs of large green chili, sliced iris
- 5 red chili pepper, sliced iris
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 7 pieces of leaf chives, cut 3 cm
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 75 gr fish anchovies, fried
- 2 tbsp oil for sauteing
- 1 red chili pepper, sliced iris
Blend Ingredients:
- 8 grains of red onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
How to make:
- Boil the soun until it getting soft, then remove. Mix it well with sweet soy sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Then set it aside.
- Heat the oil, saute the finer spices, red chili, green chili and red pepper until it getting fragrant and cooked well. Add anchovy, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Put the soun, stirring until cooked. Add chives, mix it well. Cook for a moment, pick up.
Your delicious Sauteed Soun Anchovy is ready to serve.
