How to Make a Delicious Sauteed Soun Anchovy

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr of soun
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 pcs of large green chili, sliced iris
  • 5 red chili pepper, sliced iris
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 7 pieces of leaf chives, cut 3 cm
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 75 gr fish anchovies, fried
  • 2 tbsp oil for sauteing
  • 1 red chili pepper, sliced iris

Blend Ingredients:

  • 8 grains of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic

How to make:

  1. Boil the soun until it getting soft, then remove. Mix it well with sweet soy sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Then set it aside.
  2. Heat the oil, saute the finer spices, red chili, green chili and red pepper until it getting fragrant and cooked well. Add anchovy, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Put the soun, stirring until cooked. Add chives, mix it well. Cook for a moment, pick up.

Your delicious Sauteed Soun Anchovy is ready to serve.

Note: It's enough for 4-5 people.
