So today is my first week of doing my scheduled Tuesday Try Something New topic.
This is my current Planned schedule:
- Weightloss Wednesday
- Therapy Thursday
- Friday Favorites (or once a month Friday Freebies)
- Storytime Saturday: Weekend Freewrite
- Sunday Funnies: Funny Posts
- Mommy Monday (which will be about "Bean's Monkey Business" puppet show for the time being)
- Try Something New Tuesday
I was feeling a bit challenged on the try something "NEW" part, because I already tend to just try anything that occurs to me. However, I've been wanting to learn the ukulele, but I never make time for it. @abyni taught me a few chords a few weeks ago, but then the ukulele just sat there, staring at me like a lonely little puppy.
SO! Challenge Accepted I picked up the ukulele, yelled through the house to ask Abyni for an easy song to learn 'by that one guy with easy chords' and she game me this song, "Stay with Me" by Sam Smith.
ANYWAY, without further ado, here is my first attempt at 'Try Something New Tuesday"
