There are so many artists and creative talents on Steemit! Some of them create challenges and projects to get other users involved and show their creations. It's a great thing. Even if this community is still a little one, people need some help to find each other, to find what they like and would follow. Challenges are useful firstly for this.

I would talk today about some of these challenges and projects. 

1) COLLABORATIVE ART JOURNEY COMMUNITY

This project has ran for 19 weeks already. It is managed by  @everlove and consist in a challenge: creating an artwork starting from a proposed image. This is the ongoing edition. They have also a channel in Steemitchat.

2) The 📷 Steemit Photo Challenge 

The PhotoChallenge has been running for 39 weeks! Every week it propose a theme and receive a lot of submissions. It's managed by  @jamtaylor and this is the ongoing edition. It gives about 80 SteemDollars in prizes.

3) ARTchallenge

This project ask to write a comment on a proposed artwork (by a famous artist). It's slogan is "No Need To Be an Artist or an Art Expert to Join This ARTchallenge".  @aksinya manages this project and this is the ongoing edition (the 6th).

4) The Art-Trail Contest is managed by me, and we are making the 2nd edition. So I can just link the first ended edition. :)

5)  50 words Story Contest

I forgot it! It's a great contest managed by  @literature-trail and reserved to Steemians with reputation 55 and lower. To join you have to write a short story. Here is the ongoing edition.
