Hello, hello! How many weeks are there in one year? I feel like we have worked together and improved together for a long time at this point. 36 weeks of good deeds from you, my wonderful steemit community! All proceeds from this post will go to @SchoolForSDG4, created by @Azizbd, to help host a weekly fruit program and/or provide educational materials for the kids.
Last week I almost didn't get to make a post and I had to finalize it on my phone. That was an unusual way to write in for me. But I would not dream to stop when we have got so far! So, I am here again, on my PC, writing yet another week. Those posts are not as long as they were in the beginning. We have gotten accustomed to the school and the little ones. Still, every week something new happens, there is a new fruit that kids have devoured and there is a new story to tell. Let's get into that!

This week the fruit program brought us some juicy, delicious apples. I have raved a lot about these and I will not this time because, by now, I think everybody knows, I love two things, tomatoes and apples. Yes, I know they do not go together but both have so many varieties of them! And the kids seem to enjoy the fruit as well. They always wash their hands before the program. The fruits do not escape the bucket either! The little ones are taught the importance of washing their food and hands, to escape those germs! It is bound to leave them with a habit to do it every time before a meal!
As some of you might have read in @Azizbd posts, his first try in Poultry business has been successful. Another steemian invested with him and will be donating a fraction of his income to the school. So, even a personal business has done well for our students. That is great! Knowing Mohammed(@Azizbd) everything he does in his life is intertwined with the school. He is a humanitarian that wants to help these kids more than anything else and he always finds new ways to do so! I am sure the Chicken growing will benefit the kids in one way or another!
Even greater news! The school will have another room and toilet added to it! The structures are already in process of building. Even better. @SchoolForSDG is now an official school! Even though the process was quite complicated to go through, it is done now and our little ones will be learning according to the curriculum and using the appropriate government assigned books. Those are the best news possible as our school is now acknowledged as a real entity!
Next week on this same day the School will celebrate it's two years of existence. I have been here for a while, too. It is all so surreal. The good news and the existence and survival of the project! I know I am probably getting on your nerves by repeating this but all of it has only been possible because of this platform! Because of you! Us. Everyone here who cares about the project!
All the pictures are recent and provided by @azizbd, any questions about the project can be resolved with him, he will be happy to answer any questions if you are interested to help this project and have any idea about how to make it better.
