What is Chi?

What is Chi, and what is it for?

“Chi/Qi/Ki” can be described as Universal Energy, vital life force energy or simply energy.
Chinese call it Chi
Japanese call it Qui

Also referred to as an aura, an energy or even a universal force.

The traditional Chinese glyph for Chi is made up of two glyphs.

This means to present rice as a gift.

This one represents air or wind.

One interpretation is that Chi is the internal wind.

You eat the food, then you gain the energy.

Wind is. . .
The electrochemical system which allows your cells to communicate.

See how neurons communicate with each other using both chemical and electrical signals in a short video here,

  • The energy present within all living things that make them living!

Neurons are the information processing units of the brain which have a responsibility for sending, receiving, and transmitting electrochemical signals throughout the body.

There is an electrochemical system in the body.

Your cells do not only communicate with chemicals, but also with electricity inside of the cell.

We have a bioelectric field or an aura that surrounds us.

Chi is found throughout our universe.

  • It is in sunlight and in any other form of radiation.

Sunlight is a portion of the electromagnetic radiation given off by the Sun, in particular infrared, visible, and ultraviolet light. On Earth, sunlight is scattered and filtered through Earth's atmosphere, and is obvious as daylight when the Sun is above the horizon. When direct solar radiation is not blocked by clouds, it is experienced as sunshine, a combination of bright light and radiant heat.

This can be harmful if not in tune with our biological systems, as in nuclear radiation.

Chi is also within this realm called earth which creates an electromagnetic field.

Chi is all electricity and magnetism.

You will find it in all cycles of nature like the wind, rain and waves.

Gravity is also Chi which influences the probabilities of matter.

Chi is atoms and part of atoms.

Anything everywhere is potential chi, potential energy or kinetic chi or kinetic energy.

Kinetic Energy. . .anything already moving that can create energy even if moved by another force.

Potential Energy. . .a stored form of energy that can produce motion, i.e. the "potential for motion." Think of PE as stored energy that can become kinetic energy. You can calculate potential energy using an object's mass and its height.

Potential energy always leads to kinetic energy when it is released [4], and kinetic energy is needed to allow an object to store energy as potential

Chi influences the probability of particles on a quantum level to appear in different places.

It is very much a magnet for life.

Chi operates even outside of our concepts of space and time.

Modern science would thus describe it as "magic," because scientists cannot merely explain it away.

Why do you suppose that is?

The power of Chi comes from primordial chi what some would describe as nothingness.

Is what we see and view in this realm based on densities from what some say is primordial Chi?

Where did it all come from then?

What is the source of it?

Who was the Creator?

Who created love and forgiveness?

Does every atom have a large amount of potential chi?

If potential chi is

  • Everywhere
  • Never runs out
  • simply changes from one form to another

Do you see potential chi in chemical bonds?

Do you see kinetic chi everywhere as when sound waves are created by someone?

Is chi a frequency?

What are you broadcasting?
Are you broadcasting. . .

  • Doubt
  • Fear
  • Hostility
  • Criticism
  • Anger
  • Bitterness
  • Jealousy
  • Hate
or is your intention to broadcast LOVE

Everything in creation is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. In living beings, energy flows not only from physical nourishment, but through the body in pathways known as meridians and in energy centres called chakras. Chi, (Qi or Ki) is the energy of life itself, a balance of Yin and Yang, positive and negative, electromagnetic energy which flows through everything in creation. So Chi can possibly be described as an electromagnetic phenomenon, as a form of light energy, as a form of bio-electromagnetic energy or electricity.

Chi Kung (Qigong) means “energy work”, or ”energy cultivation”. In order to become physically strengthened, emotionally connected, mentally focused, spiritually aligned and energetically vitalized – there is work to be done! Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic work, that will enable us to grow and to manifest a vital physical body, a pure loving heart and an open creative mind.

To become a joyous healthy and happy human being we need to become a dynamic and harmonious mixture of all the aspects of chi.

Chi is in a state of continuous flux, transforming endlessly from one aspect of chi into another. It is neither created nor is it ever destroyed, it simply changes in its manifestation.

Mantak Chia has been the only one named twice as Qigong Master of the Year by the International Congress of Chinese Medicine and Qi Gong in 1990 and 2012.

Mantak Chia is the founder of the Universal Healing Tao System, as taught throughout the world to tens of thousands of students of the Tao.
Mantak Chia lays out 5 steps

  1. Conserving Chi
  2. Balancing Chi
  3. Transforming Chi
  4. Increasing Chi
    5.Expanding Chi

Chi works with intention and operates on a specific frequency.
