An eclipse is a regular order of nature. When the Bible speaks of on the day of judgement the sun will be darkened, it is an overwhelmingly cataclysmic phenomenon. While the sun being darkened in the natural order, as in this eclipse could be judgement, as much as an unnatural cataclysm could be.

Jewish rabbis see a lunar eclipse as judgement on Israel & a solar eclipse as judgement on the nations. America is one of the nations. Is this judgement day for America? Yes. It could be. Does it have to be judgement day? No. It does not have to be.
