In the modern city, the darkest place should be the back alley! However, I walk around the area where I lived. I found that every back lane has lighting. Every shop, especially a food store, will use the rear lane as one of the places to use. Most of them are used for washing dishes. This happen, of course, is also caused by expensive rent!
Whatever illuminate, the back alley still is back alley. The unsanitary scene shown in the photo. Do you think there is the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department to charge it? Tell you something, actually the inspectors of the department will only conduct regular inspections once a month. As long as the matters to be inspected are properly prepared on that day, it will be no problem. Unless the usual days are received a complain, the special search will not be conducted!
Just yesterday, a Hong Kong steemian account was hacked. It seems that the online world is the same darkness as the reality. I hope the official can recover that account soon. Everyone should be careful not to press the link of any message board that is not familiar with you!
Many thanks to @aaronli for hosting this competition and giving me a chance to look back the city in our busy life.
