這道黃金咖哩軟殼蟹,軟殼蟹煮出香氣十足的咖哩醬汁,抹在鬆軟的法式麵包上,感覺有點像越南菜的吃法。
香滑的咖哩醬裡面的軟殼蟹咬起來有酥脆的口感,若再把咖哩醬上面烤得香脆的薄餅弄碎混在咖哩醬裡面,口感更有層次。
