这些是不好吃的,切掉不要

切成小块,薄的用来炒,厚一点的用来焖。

切好以后,还不能马上煮,需要用清水泡一个晚上

炒竹笋放一些辣椒,加油加水煮熟就可以吃了,很脆很好吃

还有一种做法,我最爱吃的,加五花肉,酸菜一起焖,味道特别的鲜美
