I was a little bit surprised when the former Fortress executive Mike Novogratz, who recently created his own crypto-hedge fund putting in about $100 million of his own money, made a price prediction of BTC hitting $10,000 by March. I thought that call was pretty pessimistic considering the movements in the past few weeks. Yesterday when interviewed by CNBC fast money he sounded way more optimistic by giving a new BTC prediction of 40 000 USD by the end of 2018. He is also very bullish on ETH seeing its price going 3x next year from its current levels. BTC and ETH are the biggest holdings of his crypto-hedge fund for which he hopes to raise about $500 million, making it the largest fund of its kind. Watch his bold prediction in this short clip.
