This was 3rd morning in Gwangan, last day staying in this beautiful place. I can't help it but again woke up 5am in the morning, replied some messages and put on my track pants and start running at this beautiful bay again. No offense to the dude in the picture, but having a cup of iced coffee on the right hand and a box of cigarettes on the other hand doesn't help to burn fat.
这是在广安区的第三天，也是最后一天。实在是忍不住，早上五点钟就自动弹起床来，赶快回了一大堆信息、穿上了运动装然后就出门去看这个美丽的地方了。上图没有冒犯的意思，不过韩国人真的很喜欢冰咖啡。这个人右手握着一杯冰咖啡，左手握着一包烟。老大爷，这样减不到肥啦。
Brisk walking uses less energy and due to the low temperature I don't feel tired. I did about 80 minutes walk, covering close to 7km. I spent some time snapping some good view along the beach and also some close up view of Gwangalli Bridge when I get to the nearby light house.
快速步行消耗比较少能量，也因为天气凉快人不觉得累。我走了大概七公里，花了大概80分钟。我还用了一些时间爬了过去附近一座灯塔，跟钻石桥最靠近的位置拍了一些照片下次跟大家分享。
