海南鶏飯(ハイナンジーファン)シンガポールのチキンライス

This time, the target restaurant serves Singapore gourmet. SONG KEE JEE FAN is located in Kandajimachi of Chiyoda-ku. Guests can go by Toei Shinjuku Line to Ogawamachi Station / Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Awaji-cho Station / R, Metro Ginza Line to Kanda Station. It took 5 to 8 minutes to walk. I walked from Akihabara on that day.

今天來到千代田區神田司町找目標食店吃新加玻料理:松記鶏飯,大家可以坐都営新宿線小川町駅或Tokyo Metro 丸ノ内線淡路町駅到達,亦可以坐 JR或メトロ銀座線,在神田駅下車步行5-8分鐘到食店。那天我從秋葉原步行去。

In Tokyo, when I wanted to eat light dish, I would think of eating white meat chicken. Within the gourmet world in Tokyo, most food tastes are so strong. Sometimes it would be good to take some rest, for taste bud! Haha…Hainanese chicken rice seemed to be a good choice!

在東京吃膩時,我都會去想吃白切的雞肉。因為切雞在濃味的東京飲食世界有如清泉,一想到希望給味蕾休息機會,就會找清淡的海南雞飯中和一下。東京這個集各國美食於一身的大都會,有很多來自各國卧虎藏龍的料理人。

According to the menu, the chef was so skilful that served肉骨茶 Bak Kut Teh (Pork Bone Tea), 紙包雞 paper chicken and even 脆皮燒肉crispy Roasted Pork. These dishes required time and expertise to cook well! For chef recommendations, it is Hainanese chicken rice. On that date, it took 10 minutes to queue up near the restaurant.

這間食店料理人很厲害,很多中式菜式也懂煮,肉骨茶、紙包雞、炒蟹也難不到他,連東京少見的脆皮燒肉都有!食店的招牌菜是海南雞飯,這天午飯時段,排隊等了十分鐘進去吃。

The Hainanese chicken rice had slides chicken; three types of sauce beside the dish: Ginger Scallion Sauce, acid spicy syrup and black soy sauce; half dome like shape chicken oil rice and chicken soup. All dishes were set neatly and looked good!

食店主打的海南雞飯兩層雞肉上下排列整層;旁邊放上一貫海南雞飯三色醬汁,薑茸、酸辣辣椒汁、黑豉油;蓋著半圓圓雞油燴飯;當然還有雞湯,擺放精緻呢。

Let me awake the taste bud first by drinking the hot chicken soup! Next, ate a piece of chicken without adding any sauce. Well, the meat was thin and not fat at all. Before taste the chicken oil rice, I took a breath from the rice to feel the smell of the chicken oil. It was not very strong. I liked its rice texture that was dry and eased to eat.

先喝一口雞湯喚醒味蕾,再夾一口去骨雞肉,先不蘸任何醬汁。雞肉瘦,皮薄肥脂不多,吃一口油飯前吸一油香,不算濃烈,勝在飯粒分明易吃。

Pour some black soy sauce with chicken and rice, mixed it well and ate it. It tasted even better! For what kind of sauce you mixed, it depended on personal interest! I also liked mixing soup with the rice together that it created new taste! Overall for this meal, the slide white meat of chicken tasted pure and simple. And I was satisfied!

蘸上稠而不鹹的黑豉油讓雞和飯,比單調吃更好。當然也視乎個人口味呢!途中也把雞湯連油燴飯吃一口,嘗試感受其他味道變化。這次不是一餐刺激味覺的午飯,剛好滿足讓味蕾休息的,吃清啖的正是此行的目的,滿意。
