Goodboy Philip Target Restaurant #009 is ロメスパバルボア(ROMESPA BALBOA). It served pasta and spaghetti. Its price was inexpensive and delicious, which was one of the B class gourmets. And Romespa BALBOA is it. The price range was few hundred yen to around one thousand yen. It is not a must eat restaurant for tourists. However, B class gourmet is favorite of people there.

好孩子 PHILIP 今次介紹的 #009目標食店是ロメスパバルボア。是一間意粉專門店(意大利面),分類來說可稱為 B級美食,即是一些價格便宜,味道不錯的食物,B級美食的價格是幾百円到一千円。雖然不是旅行必吃的食店,但是B級グルメ就正是這些當地人才吃的平民百性食物。

The restaurant is located in a basement of buidling near Ameya-Yokochō, between Okachimachi and Ueno. You can either take away or eat in restaurant. It provided over seven types of pasta. The most popular pasta among Japanese is Napolitan. And Romespa recommended dishes are Napolitan noodle and fried carbonara noodle

食店位置在アメ横町附近,御徒町及上野之間的小街內的地牢。主要是做堂食及外賣意粉,已粉款式至少有七款以上。說起意粉,日本人多數都吃Napolitan茄汁意粉,這間食店的主打也是茄汁意粉和炒卡邦拿意粉。

The sizes of the pasta were divided in three level: normal 350g, big 500g and super big 700g. The choices of spaghetti are over seven such as curry with meat, Mentaiko, purple basil with tomato, soy sauce clams, beef tendon meat etc…And my selection was fried carbonara pasta. I also added half boiled egg (50 yen) as topping.

意粉份量分普通(並)350g,大量(大)500g 及特大量(特)700g 三款。意粉選擇多,例如咖喱肉醬、明太子、青紫蘇蕃茄、醬油蛤、牛筋肉等。這天選擇了炒卡邦拿意粉,因為我喜歡煙肉的食材。另外再加配料一隻半熟蛋(50円)。

The chef fried the pasta in open kitchen. I could smell the aroma and hear the sound of burning oil! Once the pasta was served on the table, it was so hot that I could see the steam! Mixing with bacon, Komatsuna (コマツナ(小松菜)) Japanese mustard spinach, half boiled egg, it liked Hong Kong style soy sauce fried noodles! Haha…Anyways, 750 yen in total. I was full and satisfied.

開放式廚房帶來了一些香氣,也傳來炒意粉吱吱作響的聲音,令人垂涎欲滴。送來的意粉剛剛炒好,熱力澎湃的蒸氣滿溢!煙肉(培根)、小松菜、半熟蛋,加上惹味醬汁,有點像豉油炒意粉呢!哈哈⋯七百五十円吃得飽飽,吃不完還可以外賣打包。還有食店拿提供外賣服務。

The taste was just fine! It was convenient to eat anytime since most restaurants in Japan is off from 14:00-18:00. Sometimes it was difficult to find restaurant with good reputation. That’s why I selected this restaurant on that day after buy goods in Ueno!

味道來說是正常,勝在方便快捷。因為大部份日本食店都會在兩點後至六點休息,在這個時段吃飯選擇不多,那天我想起這間食店有開就去了。吃飽就會去上野逛街,很簡單的一天。
