I went to Sanseido Bookstore to buy a photo album. She was the most popular and most beautiful idol of Japan. Japan media called her “God of Beauty”, no kidding! And up today I am writing this post, the total sale broke the record of recent ten years that the photo album “PASSPORT” 白石麻衣写真集 パスポートis sold over 230,000 pieces. Who is “God of Beauty”, she is Shiraishi Mai of Nogizaka 46. She is so popular among female and male fans because of her fashion sense and beauty. The reason that I like her, is not only her beauty, but she likes EATING!!! Her nickname is Miss “Eat Stone”! haha…
特意走到三省堂書店,看看今天出版的一本寫真集,主角是當今日本媒體稱為「美神」的人氣的偶像,乃木坂46 美人擔當的白石麻衣まいやん!由二月到今天執筆日子,她的寫真集 “PASSPORT”已經突破23萬,是近十年非常罕見的紀錄。她的形象深受男女歡迎,女孩子對於她的時尚和美顏趨之若鶩;男孩子更加視她為女神!好孩子反而喜歡她另一面,就是她超喜歡吃東西,花名有「食べ石」さん之稱!👸🏻👸🏻👸🏻

Today Goodboy Philip’s Targeted Restaurant #013: kaiten zushi nemurohanamaru 回転寿司根室花まる銀座店 (Food category: Sushi Chain) was somehow related to Miss Shiraishi Mai. Not only she had recommended this restaurant on television show, but also I had tried this resturant (Flagship store) in Hokkaido. It is very popular there and opened branch in Tokyo.
而好孩子PHILIP 今次介紹的目標食店#013,是白石麻衣在電視節目王様のブランチ介紹的:回転寿司根室花まる銀座店(回轉壽司)。不要以為電視節目介紹純粹宣傳,這間食店來自北海道,本身是超級受歡迎的!在北海道旅行時吃完一吃難忘!這食店在東京開了分店,加上まいやん推介,所以回味一下!❤️❤️❤️
Don’t underestimate the quality of this sushi chain. It is a long queue restaurant in Hokkaido. And it launched new opened Tokyo Plaza and became one of the popular sushi chain cuisines in Tokyo. Today I avoided queuing up in rush hour by going there around 5:00 pm. Yes, easily enter the restaurant!
不要看她是迴轉壽司就低估她的質素,在北海道她的名字甚響,更加是長隊列排隊店!來到銀座新開的 Tokyo Plaza,她也變成人氣店!這天我避開繁忙時段,五點多就進去吃,不用排隊呢。😉😉😉
Same as that of Hokkaido, there was a blackboard listing the chef recommendation of the day. Moreover, when there were new and fresh sushi coming out, the chef ring the bell and gave to guests whom were interested in eating it.
跟北海道店一樣,牆上有大黑版,寫上當日新鮮及推介食材。每逢有新的壽司,料理人就會搖動鈴子響起鈴聲,介紹給食客,食客可以拿去吃呢。😊😊😊
The restaurant was clean and the light was clear. The seats included counter, box and window ones. I sat on the counter seat around the sushi chain on that day.
食店環境乾淨,燈光光線充足,有卡位、有單人迴轉壽司位、也有面向銀座大街的座位,這天我坐在回轉位置。😁😁😁
The price range of sushi are 130yen, 190yen, 260yen, 340yen, 420yen and 580円yen. There were many types of sushi on the menu. And I had target sushi already! Let’s attack!
壽司碟價錢分多種:130円、190円、260円、340円、420円、580円,種類很多,而我已經有了目標壽司要「攻擊」!😅😅😅
The first one is “Taraba fundoshi” (340 Yen). This is the belly meat of crab that is the famous dish of the restaurant. It was so surprised that the crab belly meat was so fat and flexible. I wondered normally it took so much effort to eat the crab meat by “destroying” their shell before. This crab meat was so delicious!
首先是「たらばふんどし」(340円),這個位置屬於蟹的肚子肉部份!是食店的名物,想不到蟹肚肉那麼肥美、爽口和有彈性!平時我們要把蟹拆骨也只能起一點蟹肉,這個一下子一口蟹肉!這個好吃!👅👅👅
The second dish is Toro ni shin (340 Yen). It was the toro of Herring fish. Frankly speaking, the fish was fresh but for me it was a little bit strong fishy smell. If there was no ginger on sashimi top, I couldn’t eat that.
第二款是「トロにしん」(340円),食鯡魚拖羅,這個雖然肉質是新鮮,但是對我來說略帶腥味。如果沒有一點薑蔥蓋過腥味的話,我是吃不下去的。哈哈⋯😝😝😝
The third dish was blueback salmon Suji ko Tsukemono. The Suji ko is the eggs of the fish. The red-orange egg was extracted from the ovary of female fish (Don’t image). The chef will pour some sauce to pickle it. The eggs were more than the rice even stick on the plate. It was so sweet and fresh for first bite without mixing anything. Next I ate the eggs with rice and tasted good. Not bad!
第三款是「紅鮭すじこ醤油漬け」(340円),藍背鮭是三文魚的一種,
紅鮭筋子是三文魚的魚卵。顏色紅紅鮮艷,跟三文魚子不同是這些筋子在卵巢黏著取出(不要想像那畫面好了!)。整碟筋子數量遠蓋過壽司飯,筋子多得掉在碟上!先吃一口,很新鮮鮮甜;第二口配一口壽司飯更好吃!😚😚😚
The fourth dish was my target of the day! Shinda chi (580 Yen). This was one kind of sushi that I dared not to try! Cod roe! It is milt of male cod something like sperm in male fish genitalia. Although it was full of protein and nutrition, it was still hard to overcome because it looks like the pig brain fatty tissues. Ahhhhh! Anyways, Miss Shiraishi Mai also first tried this sushi in her life and said it tasted good. Alright! I tried it then!
第四碟是戲肉「真だち」(580円),這是我一直不敢吃的壽司之一,鱈魚白子!即是從雄性魚的精囊內的精子物質!雖然白子是很有營養和豐富蛋白質,但是有點難克服,而且白子外觀像豬腦。嗚哇⋯而美神白石麻衣在節目內也是人生第一次挑戰,她吃了後表示很好吃!那麼我也跟她拼了!😂😂😂
Cod roe is best taste during January and February that is season fish in Japan. I ate it at once and chewed for while. It was a little bit cold and tastes like strong tofu! I was surprised that it was so creamy!!! I was neutral to the taste, not delicious or disgusting. Luckily I ate it without vomit. Haha…
白子一二月是最當造季節,算是季節限定,一口吃下整件!咀嚼兩下,溫度有點冷的,質感很像濃厚的豆腐,非常 creamy!白子上有一點蔥和辣粉,令淡中帶甜的白子變得不單調。雖然味道不是我所喜歡的,但是也不是討厭,而且口感還不錯呢!這次挑戰成功!沒有吐出來呢!哈哈⋯😂😂😂
This meal cost around 1600 Yen. Normally, I kept my budget for dinner around 1000 Yen. It was difficult to do so when eating in premium style sushi chain restaurant. Hm…I missed the day that I ate in the Hokkaido branch with family! I can pay for family without hesitation coz they feel happy and so do I! OK! Let’s come here again with family in future then! Haha…
埋單一千六百円,盡量把價格在「一千」円附近一直是好孩子吃東西的預算。這餐新鮮好吃,要按著自己實在為難呢!很懷念跟家人在北海道狂吃這間根室花まる的旅行呢!畢竟對家人比自己疏爽!那麼下次帶家人來啦!❤️❤️❤️
After finished the meal, I walked to Tokyo Station and shop some toys and musical CD and went back.
吃完壽司後,散步到東京站下的地下街看看玩具和 AKB48 SKE48 CD,然後回去了。😁😁😁
No more than one hour, I felt hungry! Luckily I took away the huge sandwich in target restaurant #012, plus the cup noodle. I could sleep without feeling hungry then! Hehe..
不到一小時,肚子又餓了!幸好有今天外賣帶走的巨型三文治,再加多即食そば撈麵,不用餓著睡覺了!嘻嘻⋯🤣🤣🤣
