I left Nagoya and went back to Osaka. It was 22:00 pm already. The restaurants in Shin-Umeda Shokudogai still opened. I went to this gourmet maze and searched my favorite restaurants among Isakaya, takoyaki, western restaurant, Osaka yaki…There were many kinds of restaurants. Finally, I stopped in front of this standing style udon and soba shop. ”Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!”
晚上從名古屋回到大阪,已經到了晚上十點,於是在大阪站附近的新梅田食道街吃一個夜宵!食道街裡將一個小迷宮,有很多不同形式的食店,居酒屋、たこ焼き、西餐廳、大阪燒,差不多什麼形式的食店也有。兜兜轉傳我站在這間食店前面,決定進去。「好不好吃?跟好孩子PHILIP 爆食下去!」

The restaurant was opened since year 1969 and operates from 6:00 am till 23:30 everyday day. It is cheap and convenient that soba and udon is priced from 200 Yen up! After entered the restaurant, guest needed to pay first. Then picked the ticket to the kitchen counter and took the food themselves. The chef cooked quickly and everything got done in 5 minutes! Guests picked water and food themselves, found a standing place to eat.
這間立食形式的食店 1969年開業,早上六點半開店到晚上十一點半。食物站著吃幾方便快捷又便宜,そば只需由 200 Yen 起。進入店內首先向下單,然後拿著票排隊在廚房前拿食物,料理人非常勤快,三兩下手勢就把麵條完成,前後不需五分鐘,然後自己拿水杯倒水,然後自己找個企位站著吃,立食就是這樣自助形式。

I had ordered ちくわそば that includes hot soba, deep fried shrimp tempura and Chikuwa. It was only 500 Yen. Chikuwa was elastic and big. Taste good!
這天吃的是「ちくわそば」,有蕎麥麵、炸蝦天婦羅、炸竹輪,只需要 500 Yen。竹輪大條也好吃!

Guests could add the sauce and あげ玉. あげ玉 is the deep fried starch like small clusters that are crispy. It matches well with the soft noodles!

The food were simple, the staff worked efficiently, the taste was good and everything was convenient! This was great B class gourmet. If you want to gain some experience of “being salary Japanese”, you can try this and feel how they eat in the morning and dinner after over time working!
這碗麵是非常簡單食材,快速、方便、味道可以、便宜,是 B 級美食。如果想感受一下在大阪與早上上班或殘業加班完畢的白領人士吃一下這個勤快そば,來試吃一下!
