Ningyocho is one of the district that many old restaurants are still operating nowadays. You can find many restaurants of last decades, 1900’s and even 1800’s! This time I would like to introduce you the restaurant which was founded in year 1946. ”Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!”
這天介紹是人形町的食店,這區是東京老牌食店的集中地之一,很多18和19世紀的食店也可以在這裡發現,其中這間昭和21年1946年創業老舗洋食屋就是其中之一。「好不好吃?跟好孩子PHILIP 爆食下去!」

I searched this old restaurant as target one because I wanted to eat Beef Cutlet. According the gourmet report from bloggers, television programs and magazine, there were many recommendation about this half century restaurant, “洋食キラク”. When I arrived the restaurant near the station, then I saw how old the outlook of it. You can see the shop photo above.
我找這間目標食店是因為突然想吃炸牛扒牛かつ,聽說人形町有一間以ビーフカツ馳名大半世紀的餐廳,有不少飲食 blogger、雜誌和電視的推介。到達人形町,食店「洋食キラク」就在車站十字路口旁,外觀上可以看到歲月痕跡,生銹的招牌經歷了多少風雨天?
我找这间目标食店是因为突然想吃炸牛扒牛かつ,听说人形町有一间以ビーフカツ驰名大半世纪的餐厅,有不少饮食 blogger、杂志和电视的推介。到达人形町,食店「洋食キラク」就在车站十字路口旁,外观上可以看到岁月痕迹,生锈的招牌经历了多少风雨天?
The restaurant is small and around eight seats around the open kitchen. The most famous dishes of the restaurant are Beef Cutlet (ビーフカツ)and Pork Steak (ポークソテー)The kitchen looked obsolete but everything was arranged neatly. The restaurant was very silent, either the chef and the guest. The chef concentrated on mixing the starch and egg with beef, and fried it carefully.

進去食店發現店子很小,座位圍繞著廚房大約只有八個座位,看看餐牌最馳名的是炸牛扒(ビーフカツ)和豬扒(ポークソテー)。這天點的是炸牛扒(2400 Yen)。整間食店食客和料理人都是非常寧靜,不發一言。廚房看起來殘舊卻整齊有條理,料理人專心把牛扒混上麵包糠和蛋漿,然後油炸再切好。
进去食店发现店子很小,座位围绕着厨房大约只有八个座位,看看餐牌最驰名的是炸牛扒(ビーフカツ)和猪排(ポークソテー)。这天点的是炸牛扒(2400 Yen)。整间食店食客和料理人都是非常宁静,不发一言。厨房看起来残旧却整齐有条理,料理人专心把牛扒混上面包糠和蛋浆,然后油炸再切好。
The restaurant recommended two sauces. Firstly, I simply ate the steak without pouring any sauce so I could feel the original taste of the meat. The three pieces of beef were divided into around 11 slides. The fried surface was thin while the meat tasted intense, without too much fat. It just like using dry aged cook style that the meat was soft. The taste was fine. For the recommended sauce, it was too strong to override the taste of beef. Personally I preferred eating without sauce.
店主提供兩種醬汁,通常我先會不蘸任何醬汁吃一口感受原味。三塊牛扒切開十一塊,在薄薄的炸層內是肉味濃而少肥的牛扒,像經過長時間熟成牛肉般鬆軟,味道可以。至於食店推介的醬油汁很濃,蓋過牛肉味道呢,喜歡與否見仁見智呢。
店主提供两种酱汁,通常我先会不蘸任何酱汁吃一口感受原味。三块牛扒切开约十一块,在薄薄的炸层内是肉味浓而少肥的牛扒,像经过长时间熟成牛肉般松软,味道可以。至于食店推介的酱油汁很浓,盖过牛肉味道呢,喜欢与否见仁见智呢。
Overall the taste of beef cutlet was different from the common beef cutlet of other restaurant. However, the meat was too thin for me and the price was pretty high eventhough the taste was good.
整體來說,跟近年很受歡迎的牛かつ秒炸牛法料理不同,那熟成的煮法令牛肉質素不錯,只是欠缺個人喜歡的油脂,而價錢也略貴。
