這天來介紹的是”The Backstreet Kitchen” 主打是吉列牛。吉列豬排相信大家都吃過,吉列牛排比較少見吧。這個吃法是日本創造的,而香港很少餐廳會提供這個菜色,定價也挺高的大概二百塊以上。而在這間餐廳相對定價便宜約$100至150,質素亦不錯。
so today I’m going to introduce “The Backstreet Kitchen” to you guys. It’s best dishes is beef cutlet. I guess you guys all tried pork cutlet right? This dishes are from japan, a few restaurant have this dishes Hong Kong, and the price is quite high, above$200 HKD . In this restaurant, it’s ony $120 and the quality is garenteed
雖然它也有提供其他菜色 不過來到這裡怎能不試吉列牛呢?

生的牛肉被脆香的外層包住 放上加熱了的鐵板上煎 熟的程度任你決定 口感實在無敵 牛肉脂肪的香味四溢 大家快來試試吧
