隔了幾天 我再次來到這裡 為的就是這間名為 彩 的沾麵店 由於之前試過晚一點來到已經有一條人龍 這次決定在他開店11:30前幾分鐘來到 可能是平日的關係我是第一個客人
yes I’m here again for this restaurant named-彩. As I experienced there are a lots of people queuing for it after it opened for ahwhile, I decided to arrive there few minutes before it open. Maybe it’s not weekend therefore I’m the first customer.
它只有三種湯底 豬骨、黑蒜油、蝦味增湯,每一款都是極濃厚的湯底 而麵就有固定兩種麵 分別是小麥和黑胡椒,而每隔一段時間都會有一種特別的麵讓你選擇 而這天的是羅勒
it only have three kind of stocks, which are pork, black garlic oil, and shrimp miso soup. For noodles there are two kinds, wheat and black pepper. And there are another varying noodle, for today it’s basil.
左邊的是黑蒜油 而右邊的是豬骨湯底。 相對而言黑蒜油比較重口味 不過蝦味增湯的味道還要更重 我不太能夠接受那麼濃烈的蝦味 所以就沒有再次選了
筍處理得不錯 沒有那種臭臭苦苦的味道
叉燒也很大塊 在你面前從一大條叉燒上切下來。
順帶一提 溏心蛋是附送的 而平時在外面都要加錢才能吃到 不知道大家是否跟我一樣很愛吃溏心蛋呢?
black garlic oil stock is at the left. The other one is pork. I think the taste of black garlic oil stock is heavier than that of pork. However the taste of shrimp miso stock is even more heavy. The stock is so concentrated that I couldn’t afford eating it, maybe it’s because I don’t like shrimp at all.The bamboo shoot were nicely treated, it’s fresh and tasty. The barbecued pork is big and tasty as well. Oh the halfly cooked egg is brilliant as well, usually u need to pay extra money for top it up.
除了元朗這一間 他在香港大學附近也有分店 非集團式經營的小店能有分店 它的吸引程度可見一斑 大家有興趣的就去試試吧~

other than the restaurant in yuen long, it got another one near Hong Kong university, as a non chain store, it can have another restaurant already shows it is very attractive.
