Ormosia Pudding with Shredded Black Rice Tutorial/红豆黑米布丁制作方法

Today,I am going to show you one desert I made for myself and it's pretty good choice for breakfast with bread or sweet after dinner.Most important thing,you could get it done really fast and start to enjoy your making!

今天,我要给大家讲一个我经常为自己做的甜点,早餐或者饭后甜点都很合适。最重要的事,每个人都可以学会,还等什么,开始吧!
Ingrediends:

  • Black rice/黑米适量
  • sticky rice(usually three times than black rice)/糯米,用量通常为3倍的黑米用量
  • Shredded Ormosia/红豆泥
  • Dried Fruit(ex.raisin or something else at your own receipe)/干果(比如说葡萄干或者其他任何你喜欢的干果)
  • silica gel pattern/硅胶模具
    -disposal glove/一次性手套

Procedure
1.Cleasing the black rice,then cover the sticky rice in the water in advance. About the quantity of water,a little bit above the level of sticky rice.Pour the Ormosia and shredded it too.
将糯米提前侵泡,黑米洗净,水加到糯米的水平面上放一点就好,别忘了把红豆剁成泥

2.Steamed the rice,till here,you are half on your way to Success!Next thing you do is to clean your hand with soap and silica gel pattern,you can wear disposable glove if you don't want any sticky rice on your hand.Get out the sticky rice and roll it like a ball. Now,get a roll of rice,put it on the palm of your hand and press it into a cookie alike shape.Get the shredded Ormosia and put some dry fruit on top of that inside the sticky rice rolling ball you did before. Here, I am using raisin. After all these steps are done,put this rolling ball into silica gel pattern.
米饭蒸好了,你就成功了一半!下一个你要做的事就是洗干净手和硅胶模具。如果你喜欢糯米年在手上,可以带上一次性手套。挖出粘稠的糯米饭,捏成团。紧接着,挖出一团米,在手心中间压成饼状,撒上你喜欢的干果,这里我用的是葡萄干,之后手按压着将红豆放入糯米团。最后填到模具里,加上红豆泥。

3.Put peddings as many as you like.

  1. Send it into the over,preheat for 5 mins,set temperature to 150 degree,wait for 15-20 mins.
    放入烤箱,预热5分钟,设置温度为150度,等上大概15到20分钟

    5.Here you go,crispy and warm sweet.You made it,hurry sweet!
