炸豆腐。

这种食物源于中国广东省汕头市,

这不是水豆腐,水豆腐没有这种豆腐香,

出产是黄色的外表,内肉是黄豆磨成粉炼制而成。

水豆腐吃起来味道非常的淡,而这种豆腐吃的口感很香。

豆腐制品有很多种,包括了臭豆腐,

而这种豆腐炸好之后沾酱料吃是最好吃的。

酱料很简单,蒜头拍碎+碘盐。放这碗里加上开水。

把炸豆腐撕开,把里面的肉沾着酱料。真的是很地道的美食。

这种炸豆腐小时候父亲经常会买给我吃,好怀念儿时的味道。
