今天我要帶大家到香港最傳統的京菜館之一! < 泰豐廔>
它坐落於香港的尖沙咀, 雖說不是在尖沙咀最中心的地帶但香港小所以還蠻容易找的!
地址:尖沙咀漆咸道29-31號溫莎大廈
Today I gonna bring you guys to one of the most traditional restaurant in HK (Tai Fung Lau Peking Restaurant) !
this restaurant is locate in Kowloon side Tsim Sha Tsui one of the most famous tourist area in HK ~so is really easy to find.

要知道維持一家有歷史又傳統的菜館是很不容易, 多年來食品的品質要維持的好就更不容易了. < 泰豐廔>就做到這點,這也是我喜歡到這裡的原因~
although this is a very old restaurant , but is not easy to keep it in a good quality all the time ~this restaurant did and this is one of the reason make me keep coming back!
菜館裡面的裝潢好像自我小時候來就沒有什麼大變化,十分的有傳統味~
as you can see here is very traditional looking ~if you are looking something old in HK you can feel it here!
好了!場面話不多說~重點要來了!!!小二~上菜!
第一道~素鵝!喜歡豆類製品的朋友千萬不要錯過,雖帶一點點甜味,可是卻十分的開胃喲!
Okay!is the time to eat! something vegan first !<素鵝> this is made by soy bean and fill in some vegetable taste a little bit sweet appetiser ~
第二道!薰蹄, 它外皮和脂肪的處理十分厲害!咬下去嚼勁和口感很好加上傳統口味大量大蒜的醬油~~~好好食!
Another Chinese appetiser ~like a cold cut in a Chinese style with a garlic sauce ~
好了主菜要來了~ NOW the main dishes coming ~
山東燒雞~ 不要看它平平無奇的模樣, 食下去可嫩滑了! This soy sauce chicken is so yummy
小籠湯包 ~ 尋找皮薄無價的, 它可能不是你的菜~但我覺得它的湯汁和鮮甜度卻是一級棒呢!
steamed stuffed pork dumpling with supreme soup !
我的最愛來了!MY favourite is coming ! Deep fried mandarin fish with sweet and sour sauce and pine seeds~
到每家京滬菜館我幾乎都會點松子魚, 這是我覺得香港做最好的了!很是鬆脆魚肉又鮮~ i think they did the best job on this in Hong Kong~
喜歡酸酸甜甜的你如果一道菜不夠, 那你一定要再點一道宮保嘏球! 在鐡板上看到醬汁吱吱吱吱的~有沒有很想食?!
if you love something sweet and sour you also need to order this Deep-fried Prawns in Chilli Sauce~
到 < 泰豐廔>的招牌菜之一了!北京烤鴨! 大家都看到照片裡脆皮和肉的色澤我應該不用再多說什麼~但值得一提的是, 大家是可以跟店家打包鴨殻回家的喲!拿回去煲煲湯呀煮煮粥是不是很好!

义子燒餅夾肉未~很怕鹹的我, 就算很喜歡食脆脆的東西, 到很多地方都不敢食這道菜!但這裡的卻把榨菜處理的一點都不死鹹!給個讚! Sauteed Minced Pork with Pickles vegetable~
喜歡食甜又愛食脆的朋友一定不可以錯過以下這道菜! 蜜餞火方夾!
用桂花蜜泡過的金華火腿, 加上脆脆的鍋巴用饅頭包著...... if you like something sweet and special ~
Braised sliced Jin Hua Ham with lotus seeds in honey sauce
我已不太會用文字表達的對它的愛~看看我專心食不顧儀態的模樣吧!
actually i already dunno how to describe how yummy is this ....look at my face then you can tell~
說了這麼久, 終於要到主食了!哈哈哈~每當到了這個時候, 明明我已感覺撐著,卻還是想食下去就是因為它們~~(明明就是自己貪食 LOL )
In our Chinese traditional, we like to order some more food with flour like noodle , dumpling or fired rice after all the dishes, we call it as our "Main Course" - i am super full already :P But I still gonna eat them all ! cos is just too good !
三鮮餃子看它家常的模樣它就是家~常! 這就是它好食的地方, 不複雜~
Homemade style prawns dumpling ~
打滷麵~ 又是一個家常的模樣~可是湯頭可甜!看到裡裡的海參和蛋花嗎? 雖不知為何現在的麵沒有以前的彈牙=.=但我還是抵擋不了它的湯....真的好好食!
Traditional noodle in the north of china they only make it in some important days~like Chinese New Year!
甜點時間.....老實說我每次到這裡真的已經食不下了...hahahahahaah
可是我朋友很愛食加上它是菜館送的所以......
finally !dessert time ....to be honest I never ate this in this restaurant LOL(cos I'm already too full to eat ~but is a good Chinese traditional dessert! must try !) . Souffle balls with mashed bean & banana
好了!食的差不多~提提大家 < 泰豐廔>星期五, 六都會人很多喔!而訂餐就要8個人以上才可~
不過的覺得這裡越多人越好, 因為好食的菜真的蠻多而且都頗大份的=)
Friendly reminder ~ this place is really full house all the time so be smart if you can arrive early around 1800~1900
