周末做龙虾 Cook lobster during weekend

上周末是加拿大的长周末,用来纪念一战,趁此机会展示了一下厨艺,做了个龙虾。
Last weekend was a long weekend in Canada, it was Remembrance Day, I just cooked some lobster at home.

Remembrance Day is a memorial day observed in Commonwealth of Nations member states since the end of the First World War to remember the members of their armed forces who have died in the line of duty.

市场上鲜活的龙虾和螃蟹。The fresh lobster and crab in the market.

龙虾清洗,开背,放上调料。 Lobsters were washed, opened and seasoned.

上蒸锅,螃蟹清洗之后直接蒸。 Steamed with cleaned crab.

15分钟以后,完成,嗒嗒。 Done in 15 mins, cheers.

吃完之后一片狼藉。。。。 Messy after finish eating.

我妈的评价:龙虾肉老,没有小虾好吃。
我爸的评价:拨起来麻烦,没有红烧肉好吃。
我老婆的评价:没有咱妈蒸的馒头好吃。
