Live mantis shrimp can only find in summer on the market, and as long as it is fresh caught, just simply boiling will maintain its ocean flavor. Bitter melon is a good summer dish, light, fruity and the characteristic bittersweet. For dinner tonight I have prepared these two seasonal dishes that are both healthy and luscious.
皮皮虾好像在全国各地的叫法都有所不同,据本人不完全统计有皮皮虾爬爬虾琵琶虾虾爬子甚至在大广东地区叫做濑尿虾?这么有点不大上台面的名字。但是全国各地的做法还是大同小异的基本都是盐水煮就已经足够美味了,椒盐做法因为会弄得油烟很大所以去餐馆才会考虑。今天买的皮皮虾个头不是很大,不知道是太热还是需要再晚一点个头才会大点,卖水产的大妈看我挑三拣四的样子热情地给我推荐了斑节虾,要80多一斤我就淡定地还是随了大流买了皮皮虾。回家以后又有点后悔,因为好像天气冷的时候都没看到有活的斑节虾卖的,只有夏天才有,于是决定下次买菜的时候再去光顾!
盐水煮皮皮虾:活虾一斤半,葱姜花椒去去腥
Ingredients: Mantis Shrimp, ginger, spring union, szechuan pepper (you can replace any spice you like such as lemon grass is a good choice)
先把葱姜花椒煮煮,要加盐的
Add the spices and about 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiled water for about 1 minute
再把虾放进去煮煮
Then add the shrimp and boil for 5-7 minutes

Ingredients:
bitter melon, chicken breast, pepper. Use soy-sauce and salt as seasoning.
苦瓜溜鸡片是很夏天的菜,毕竟号称能降火气?据说每天喝一杯苦瓜汁有减肥奇效,不过我是没这个勇气吃生的苦瓜,炒一下会比较能入口
切成片,鸡片用酱油腌一下

因为鸡胸肉一不小心就会很柴所以不要怕麻烦必须分开炒。。。

再炒苦瓜

混合一下就大功告成,开吃
