We went to Clinton & Boylston for weekend getaway. My husband is a photographer, he heard there is an abandoned train track in Clinton which would be great for photography. We had never been there before so we followed google map and got to Wachusett Reservoir Clinton Dam, the train track is supposed to be closeby. The reservoir is the second largest body of water in the state of MA. It has a maximum depth of 120 feet and a mean depth of 48 feet. It does look really big and tranquil. There were many people sitting on the grass and resting. It would be a very good place for you to do nothing and just enjoy the tranquility and harmonization of the reservoir.
After short stop at the reservoir, we tried to find the train track but, unfortunately, we couldn’t find the entrance. Maybe the track had been abandoned for too long and didn't want us to disturb its peace. Not to disappoint ourselves, we decided to go to Tower Hill Botanic Garden at Boylston which has 132 acres. In the garden, there are several different themed gardens in it featuring different type of flowers, plants, vegetables and trees, etc. There is also wildlife garden with 3miles of woodland trials, the Moss Steps, Wildlife Refuge Pond etc. I would get the photos to speak for themselves. It’s a very nice place for weekend getaway. Everybody works hard to enjoy life hard. There are so much nature mother can offer. Life is short, same views in different eyes could be different. Let's all try to be positive and enjoy.
我们有个周末去了Clinton & Boylston。由于我老公是摄影爱好者，他经常会去网站上搜寻一些有摄影特色的地方。他看到在 Clinton 有个被废弃的火车道，视乎是摄影的好题材。所以我们就跟着谷歌地图找到了这个镇。地图上说这个废弃的火车道就在Wachusett 水库旁边。所以我们就先到水库边看看。 这个水库是麻省第二大水库。最深的地方有120英尺，平均48 英尺。 如果没有什么事，你可以坐在水库的草地上消磨时间，享受那里的宁静和祥和。
在水库边短暂停留后，我们开始找那个网上介绍的废弃火车道。可是找了半天都没找到。很是失望。不知道是不是因为它已经被废弃太久了，所以入口已经被堵了？为了不白跑一趟，我们去了离那里不远的Tower Hill植物园。 这个植物园占地132 亩。在这个植物园里有很多不同，各有特色不同主题的小公园。各种不同的蔬菜，花朵，植物，树木等。而且还有野生动物园和3 英里的trial， Moss 台阶，野生动物避难水池等。让以下这些图片自己来说话吧。这真是周末休息游玩的好地方。 大家努力工作挣钱的目的就是为了享受生活，享受大自然带来的美景。景随心变。只要保持良好，积极的心态，走到哪里不都是景吗？
