求解答Voting Weight 15 SP 的人只点赞的目的 Why they upvoted with almost no profit

我看到有些Voting Weight是15 SP 的“人”，看他们的记录里差不多只是在点赞，很多天，也没有什么收益的记录。

即便有1000个这样的帐号，收益也可以忽略不计吧，那么，这样做的目的是什么呢？

I noticed some robot accounts with 15 SP Voting Weight almost only upvoted, and almost no profit at all, I wonder what's the purpose of these accounts.
