Why sometime the sea is blue color, and sometimes not clear blue color?
People in this area said, because if a blue sky, and sea surely blue sea water. But if cloudy, not good color to take a picture. Even take picture in the water whene snorkeling.
That is Rubiah Island in Iboih Sabang Aceh.
