Well you came to the right place! Whaleshares are tokens you can win and earn to upvote your Steemit posts! For example, if you have 100 Whaleshares, that upvote is worth at least two dollars. If you are struggling to get your post above the one dollar mark, this is a great contest to enter! The Whaleshares community supports minnows that are struggling on Steemit and that have great content!
So what do I need to do to enter?
All you have to do is make a post about what you love to do in your spare time. You must have a least one photo of your hobby and explain what your hobby is. One of the tags MUST be Whaleshares. Pretty much as long as you write about your hobby and have one photograph in your Steemit post, it will be accepted. Just follow the rules posted below!
The Rules
You must have a Steemit post with the tag Whaleshares.
Submit your post in the comments section below, along with your Bitshares account name so the rewards can be sent to you.
Do have the post in English please.
Have at least one picture of your hobby and have at least a few sentences saying what your hobby is.
If you do a spam post or you copied someone you will not receive any rewards. So make a post that is original. Plagiarism/spam posts will not be accepted!

So how do I do the post exactly?
If you are still confused or not sure how to do the photo contest, I did an example post to give you a quick idea how to do it. Yours does not have to be exactly like this, but it gives you an idea how to do it. This is just to give you an idea if you are stuck. Just remember, use Whaleshares as one of your tags!
Example Post
My favorite hobby is reading and studying history, like you see in the picture above. I know you probably wonder why I like history. I can’t 100 percent explain why I love history so much, but here’s my attempt at trying. I love history books that make me feel I’m in the story when it happened, without actually being there. I still buy books at bookstores because I’m old fashioned like that. In the picture above are the next two books that I’m going to be reading. I love learning about the Culper spy ring, which was Washington’s spy ring. Yes, he had a spy ring. This wasn’t discovered until recently, I believe. One of the actors on “Turn” ( a show about this spy ring on AMC), the actor that plays Washington, talked about how recently the information was discovered, and that if not for the letters kept, we would not know that this ring existed or know all the information we know today. I’m excited to learn more about it. Learning how this country became America is so interesting and kinda cool how they did it, in my opinion.
