Arrow head, and a note about weapon-control in Denmark

Hi all. Today I want to show an arrowhead I made as one of my first real smithing projects.

it consist of the head itself and a folded tube that is put over the end of the arrow shaft. sometimes the tube is forgewelded but usually this is not necessary due to the small size, and i didnt do it on this one.
This method was widely used on arrows in Europe and other places in the world.
In places where bamboo or similar hollow shafts was used, the arrowhead usually had a long tapered point which was inserted into the shaft instead, but in Europe where pine ,ash or cedar was used the tube-form is more common.
The reason I made this was to try out the technique involved in making such a folded tube. It went quite well but it was far from perfect and i even had some issues with fishmouthing on the tip so I had to shorten the tip more than first planned. All in all this was more of a learning experience than a succesfull object, but it is both functional and , if you squint your eyes enough, quite pretty :-)

Interestingly, owning a bow and arrow in Denmark doesn't require any kind of permit, even though it is quite a deadly weapon in able hands, and even though a sword , or just a large knife(tools and kitchen knives exempted) requires a permit.
