Second Creative Writing Challenge Task #2:Saturday Night Charades

Remember when we were kids and every Saturday night we would play a few rounds of charades? It ended up being more like acting out "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Remember that 1978 B movie that's since become a cult classic. We used to sneak bottles of "Schlitz malt liquor baby bulls" into the theatre and have a blast!

Mom was always the best at the game. First, she would arrange her reading glasses then gather all of her props setup and plop herself down in the chair to begin the first round. Mom always went first.

She loved "Gone With the Wind" and would pretend to be reading intently whilesipping a glass of white wine. Suddenly after reading a few pages she would toss a dog bone to "Charlie."

Her favorite part of the story was when she acted out the part when Scarlet yells, "I will never eat tomatoes (really potatoes) again!" Just saying those words prompted her to pour herself an orange flavored coke as she dipped banana slices into Greek yogurt.
