Steemit is one of the places, where you can sometimes even get a good investment advice. A lot of people were selling into these failing cryptocurrency prices thus pushing the prices even lower and a few great steemians (for example, @hilarski) were trying to say to them not to do it. Hopefully you have listened and you were not one of those sellers, because the bounce back was huge and many coins are back in the green values again! On the other hand, is this just another bull trap or did China just want some cheap coins?
Nothing is certain in China, but selling after a coin is -30% in value is a really bad idea as you will end up in a loss and we all know that you will probably come back and you buy the cryptocurrencies again. :)
From the looks of it, the China's bitcoin exchange ban doesn't impact crypto to crypto trading at all. We will see how China will try to control the market now. The good thing is that people are starting to find alternatives to centralized exchanges and that are the decentralized ones, such as OpenLedger.
SPECTACLES
This new tool, made by two great steemians called @pilcrow and @sjennon, is a great addition to the website called steemnow.com.SteemNow can tell you information about your potential upvote, your voting power, your latest curation and author rewards, latest upvotes to your post and your total pending author rewards.
However, there is not that much about the people who follow you and who is engaging with your posts. This is something the Spectacles can do! It gives you more insight in the activity on your posts. Are they new on your blog or are they old veterans? And did I say that it looks stunning?
Just write any steemit name and you are good to go. You can see who is your most influental followers, your most loyal follower, how many ghost and dead followers you have, your top steemit upvoters and many more! It's far from finished, but it's a great start to become something really amazing!

The crypto sale was huge, what coins did you buy? These price dips will probably happen again as the time goes, but as you can see the cryptocurrencies are really strong and very hard to put down.
