These Times Make You Wait & Watch!

Around 2.5 years ago STEEM currency value mooned to over $4 before making its way down to 7 cents. It wasn't easy watching it go down but it did. All we could do in early 2017 was hope for the price to make a reversal and it did.

Over the course of that last year and half, Bitcoin has touched $20K and dipped down to $4K and so has STEEM gone up from 7 cents to over $8 and is down to 36 cents.

That's the nature of the market. There's nothing one can do.

If you are worried about the price then you're not going to get a lot of sleep. It's a good idea to let go of your worries and focus on the present. There's no point in worry over things you have no control over.

Cryptocurrency markets are manipulated and you have to play the game by staying here for the long haul.

The prices may be down but they'll go back up eventually. There's a lot of positive things happening on Steem blockchain and the cryptocurrency space in general.

There are large trading funds interested in getting involved in Cryptocurrencies. There's a lot more money to be made for everyone.

Personally, having seen the prices go up and down then back up then down I know that this cycle is likely to repeat itself. I don't know for sure if the prices will go back to the previous ATH or let alone go beyond it but the market is anything but dead.

Hold on tight because markets always go up or down. Don't panic, Steem might have had its issues but we're still a great blockchain with some everyday use cases. It's likely that we'll continue to improve in the months to come.

I've been asked these a lot recently with some new users interested in investing but worried about the shake up on Steemit. I can only speak from my experiences in this space which has largely been positive because I have persevered through the hard times.

I hope this post will give you some hope if you were feeling down because of the markets not recovering fast enough. It's the same for us all including myself or anyone that's invested anything in this space; time, energy and ofcourse $$$$$.
