Since 2014, discussions of a publicly accessible digital payment vehicle issued by a central bank have matured significantly. Central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) have been the center of many high-level discussions, notably at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The breadth of reports from experienced central bankers validates blockchain technology in a way that crypto-anarchists, armchair blockchain economists, and even millennials that got smoked by buying cryptocurrencies last Thanksgiving (2017), can collectively be proud of.
🗞 Block 7,080,000: Ethereum Devs Propose Activation Point for Next Hard Fork
Members of ethereum’s open-source development team have reached agreement on an activation time for Constantinople, a proposed code change designed to give users the option to update the blockchain with additional features.
Speaking at a bi-weekly core developer meeting Friday, the developers assembled agreed on block 7,080,000 on the ethereum blockchain as an activation point at which users would be able to elect to upgrade to the new code. Put simply, should users choose to accept the change by upgrading their software, the update would go live when the block is mined.

🗞 Gemini Adds Support for Bitcoin Cash Trading and Custody on the ABC Network
Cryptocurrency exchange Gemini announced support for Bitcoin Cash (BCH) custody and trading today with a post on its official Medium blog, Dec. 8. Gemini, which is based in the United States, was founded in 2015 by the Winklevoss brothers.
The exchange pointed out that, at the moment, it will “only be providing support for the Bitcoin ABC network” which is identified on the platform as “Bitcoin Cash with ticker: BCH.”
Brazilian Bitcoin Exchange Sends User $35M in Bug-Induced Error
Accidental millionaire Kaique Nunes has a bug to thank after his withdrawal request of 500 reals ($128) erroneously returned a cool 137 million reals ($35.13 million) from Brazilian bitcoin exchange Bitcambio. Nunes was not too eager to part with his overnight millions when Bitcambio started contacting to effect a reversal of the transaction, suspecting an elaborate scam.

I don't see anymore big support on the STEEM except some supports around 0.10$. So most of the time, a market without support go test these levels. What to say more, technical anaylsis is becoming difficult as we are navigating in levels that we didn't experienced so much before. So we must see first how the market will react and build a logic from it.
