What is Worksinsane?
Well, things kinda escalated.
This is art, ongoing search for quality posts, manual curation and an invite for everyone to take part.
Worksinsane started as web art made by @insaneworks. It evolved to an artistic way to find various quality posts from Steemit. --> We Curate From that it escalated into a new account and now @worksinsane upvotes those posts that pass the previously determined guidelines (by the We Curate web art) and pass through human eyes. Worksinsane reads posts before it upvotes.
The fustration
Finding new quality posts can sometimes be extremely tiresom. Scrolling down the new tab posts, aimlessly clicking followers, upvoters, commenters or browsing your friends followers. And their followers. Clicking tags. Trying to find quality amongst not so quality content.
The idea!
"There should be an easy way to round up all those factors that may tell you if this one is a quality post."
Well, some value pictures, some large amount of text. Let's go with the text.
Also if someone else or several others have determined that certain accounts posts are not quality, there should be a minimun reputation limit.
But there is only 10 to 20 upvotes that one should give away in a day, so who appreciates most every single upvote they can get? Newbies. Planktons and minnows. Those who write about things, hobbies and work that aren't so easy to assimilate. Posts tagged with not so popular tags. And those who search material, dig into the subject and write well but for some reason this time do not get very much upvotes. Have not yet reached those who might be interested of the subject in hand. Solution is maximum votecount and pending payout rule.

We Curate web art does not detect plagiated text and has no way to determine the actual qualitines in the text. So read the text and it's comments first.
How this works?
It works quite insanely but very easily for you. Every time Worksinsane defines new guidelines how We Curate web art selects the posts, Worksinsane writes a post where the rules are clearly stated. Tags, mimimum word count and votes. Possible maximun reputation or various other things.
