Community Curation initiative has been successfully running for two months and I had a great experience of curation during the first round which is why I am applying again for the month of April.
Here I am presenting the application of International A-Team, as their captain.

We are all experienced and committed users of Steemit. Three of us already have experience of curation teams and the remainder of the team are also adding value to the platform in their own ways.
We can also cover all the regions that are majorly active on Steemit as we have native speakers of Spanish, English, Indonesian, Urdu, German, Russian, Ukrainian and Turkish.
The lifestyle theme aligns perfectly with our interests as we have experts and knowledgeable members for each category within the team.
@alee75 is a Veterinarian, he has knowledge about animal health as well as human health.
@chriddi has a keen interest in nature whilst @o1eh spends a lot of time tending to his garden and has first hand experience with everything related to it, so both can handle nature and garden related tags.
@the-gorilla has been a part of sports related activities on Steemit since he joined.
@willeusz is founder of Steem-Travelers and @whyshy is a lifestyle blogger.
@event-horizon has culinary skills and travel experiences.
Aside from each individual’s specialist area of interest, there is a lot of overlap in knowledge and experience giving the team additional ability to curate multiple subjects.
We are seven members so each person will be responsible for one day of the week. Moreover, each person will follow one primary tag and one secondary tag. This will ensure that all tags are visited more than once per week and a maximum number of posts can be reached. To cover a wide range of unique authors, we will try to avoid voting any individual more than twice a week. However, quality is key so this is not a restriction but a preference.

We will be checking all the content for plagiarism through automated tools like 'Small Seo Tools'. For unreferenced and stolen images, we will be using Google and Yandex image searching. We are also at an advantage of having @endingplagiarism which will keep an eye on all abusive acts.
We will ensure club status is met by using @the-gorilla's new tool which checks for transfers in, transfers out and power ups (http://steemit.lovestoblog.com/clubstatus.php?author=the-gorilla). We can review users on a 1 month and 3 month time period for additional confidence.
We will make sure to follow all the guidelines provided by Steemit team and curate the best of lifestyle content.
