Daily Food Photography: Takoyaki and Scallops

What's in for today's menu? As you guessed correctly from the title we have Takoyaki and Scallops.

So what are Takoyakis you ask? it's a fried ball made of dough and octopus. It's also seasoned with bonito flakes (katsobushi) and scallions. It's drizzled with Japanese mayo and takoyaki sauce.

The scallops are fried and only drizzled with Japanese mayo.

My wife and I always order this dish when we go out to this Japanese restaurant. It's maybe not the healthiest order haha but it's the tastiest.
