I went to Niigata to watch NGT48 theater performance on that day. I selected a old restaurant recommended by NGT48 TV program that introduced many funny and good restaurants.
從東京出發到新潟看公演，跟著NGT48大食少女大爆食！
My favorite member, Yamaguchi Maho, recommended it. The restaurant took around 15 minutes walk from Niigata Station. I only went to Niigata for three times so I was fine to walk and look around.
因為まほほん，所以去吃了！距離新潟車站十多分鐘腳程，走到民居中的這間古舊小店。
The restaurant was kind of old. I pushed the door and no staff but only guests in restaurant. I waited for the staff to serve me that is the tradition of in Japan. It would be strange if you went in by yourself and sat down without staff guidiance. After waiting for few minutes, an old chef came out and said that I could sit anywhere. And I selected the seats that Yamaguchi Maho, Murakumo Fuka and Nara Miharu.
拉開門，沒有店主在內，只有食客，一貫東京式站著等店主安排座位，被店內的老伯食客們打量一番。等了幾分鐘，店長開了廚房門說隨便坐，當然走到まほほん的那張枱！

There were many choices on the menu. And it reminded guests that the size of dish was big. Yes, I know, referring to the TV program! Haha…
餐單選擇多，提醒客人份量是大大份！知道的！山口真帆、村雲颯香、奈良未遥吃的都是大份量！😱😱😱
Although the size of the dish was big, or even mega, the prices were mostly below 1000 Yen! I selected the most expensive dish, pork steak that was recommended by Mahoho!
菜單大部分都是1000Yen 以下，因為まほほん點的是豬扒，所以也點這個啦！這算是食店貴價菜，1200yen！以價錢指數真的貴！まほほん真識食！！！
I looked around the restaurant. The wallpaper, poster and menu were kind of obsolent.
豬扒未到，看看食店環境，真的地道得很，牆紙、海報、菜單充滿歲月痕跡呢！🌈🌈🌈
The pork steak came! It was fried with a little bit over burned. The aroma was charcoal one! The rice was too much for me!!! But for hungry man or labor, it must be good news! The pork was fat and juicy. Although it was not as delicious as the best pork I had ever tasted, it was good experience to explore Niigata by following NGT48 members. After lunch, I went to NGT48 theater and enjoyed the show!
豬扒到！燒得很香！而湯、飯、新香齊全，那個飯⋯超多！！！對體力職業食客是喜訊！主角豬扒肥瘦兼備，厚切肥脂不錯，配汁惹味，不過略為燒焦呢。以吃過豬扒的標準來說，味道是不及其他地方，只是爆食 48 景點，醉翁之意不在「飯」呢！哈哈⋯吃飽去劇場看公演，這就是新潟的一天呢！""
