In Dotoboni shopping street, there is 「美津の大阪燒」so popular that guests always queuing up! Firstly, the location is convenient. Secondly, it was recommendated by Michellein (not star, but recommended) Its goodwill are widely spread among Asia. I came across it during tea time with no queue that’s why I entered it.

「美津の大阪燒」位於道頓堀的千日前商店街裡，門前總有排隊人潮。一來地點位置方便，二來他是著名飲食指南米芝蓮推介的食店，雖然不是摘星食店，但是名字已經在日本以外地區流傳。這天經過完全不用排隊，就試吃一下啦！

The restaurant was originated since 1945 that is a long historical one. It mainly serves 大阪燒 with many combinations. For guest convenience, it ranked the top 5 of the restaurant. It is good for tourists whom don’t know what to order.

食店在1945年昭和20年創業，數數手指，歷史悠久的老店，以大阪燒作主打，當中的選擇配搭很多，食店為方便食客選擇，在門牌上寫上最受歡迎的 Top 5，圖文並茂，就算是不懂日文的遊客也輕易明白。

The most recommended one is 「美津の焼」!
推薦 Top 5 有山藥燒、美津乃燒、大蔥燒、摩登燒和甜咸混合燒。這天點的是「美津の焼」。

The chef cooks in front of the guest near the table. Guests can see how he cook different kinds of food. For 「美津の焼」, he added shrimps, scallop, squid, pork and mixed with flour.

看著主理人站在鐵板前為台前客人逐一煮理，看到很多款大阪燒，而落單的「美津の焼」經過他分段加上配料後，一層麵醬蓋著蝦、帶子、魷魚、豬肉，煎得很香酥，再加上蛋黃醬和紫菜粉，熱力澎湃，吃完暖暖的！

Taste was above average. If no need to queue, it is worth to try.

味道方面可以，不用排隊可以一試！
