You may have heard of Leng-chi rabbit, a kind of spicy food, is a traditional dish in Zigong and Neijiang, Sichuan province. Almost every family can make this in that area, and this dish pleases all. Leng-chi beef is something like leng-chi rabbit.
大家应该听说过冷吃兔，是四川自贡、内江地区的一种传统美食，几乎家家都会做，人人都爱吃。冷吃牛肉就是类似于冷吃兔的做法，主要以麻辣为主。
