"Malatang" meaning "spicy and hot" is Sichuan street food with a devoted following of spicy condiments. Actually, hot pot grows out of malatang, so we also call it " little hot pot". Malatang known as its unique charm andoutstanding characteristics has spread all over the country. We can say that where there are people, there will be malatang.
“串串香”又叫“热锅麻辣烫”，是一道四川街边小吃，含有各种香料。它实际上是火锅的前身或者另一种形式，所以人们又往往称其为小火锅。麻辣烫以其独特的魅力和鲜明的特色遍布于全国众多城市，可以说只要有人的地方就有麻辣烫的存在。
