The winning participant will be selected using an algorithm based on a 2 digit Randon Number derived from a public daily lottery number.
Random Number = OLG Pick-2 MIDDAY draw - which happens daily at 2pm eastern time or 6pm UTC.

This draw happens about 30 minutes after the previous day's "Daily Health Score" closes. So in the example picture above, 96 would be the Random Number used to select the winner from Oct 13th's "Daily Health Score" post.
How The Random Number Will Be Used To Select The Winner
The comments will be counted in the order that they appear immediately following the first payout, starting with the top comment as #1, and will loop through the comments from top to bottom as many times as necessary until the Random Number is reached.
If the number of comments is greater than the Random Number then the Random Number will be doubled (Random Number * 2).
All Steem Dollars collected from each post will go to the account upon which the Random Number lands.
Which Comments Will Be Counted?
Only comments containing a health score of 0-5 will be included in the count.
Each account is limited to one entry (obviously).
If a participant declines the award then the SD will be awarded to the next participant down. (ie. @dan-atstarlite will always decline the award since he is running the Daily Health Score)
